Terms of Use

1. Agreement

Ready Room is operated by Try Ready Room LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Ready Room.

2. The service

Ready Room is a sales role-play trainer. You practice against an AI prospect and can have your drills and real calls scored by an AI coach. Everyone gets a limited number of free practice drills; unlimited practice and full features require a Ready Room Pro subscription.

3. Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal

Ready Room Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly ($29/mo) or annually ($249/yr). Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

When you purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing and renewals are handled by that platform, and you can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. When you purchase on the web, billing is handled by our payment processor and you can manage or cancel by contacting us. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Ready Room only for lawful purposes. You will only submit recordings or transcripts of real calls that you have the legal right and consent to record and share. You will not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (practice messages, transcripts, and recordings). You grant us a limited license to process that content to provide the service (for example, to generate AI responses and scores). See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Ready Room is a training tool provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. AI-generated prospects, suggestions, and scores are for practice only and are not professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Try Ready Room LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

You may stop using Ready Room at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
