Privacy & Data

• Account info — your email address and a password, handled securely by our authentication provider (Supabase).
• Practice data — the drills you run: your typed or spoken messages, the AI prospect's replies, and your scores. We save these to your history so you can track your progress.
• Uploaded call transcripts — if you use “Score a call,” the transcript you paste or upload is sent to our AI provider to produce your scorecard. We do not retain the uploaded transcript afterward; we keep only the resulting score. Only upload calls you have consent to record.
• Usage data — metadata about each AI request (the model used, token counts, timestamps) so we can meter usage and manage costs.
• Payment data — when you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe. We store your subscription status and plan; we never see or store your full card number.
• Referral data — if you arrive through an affiliate link, we record the referral (via Rewardful) to credit that affiliate.

To generate the AI prospect's replies and your coaching scores, the messages in your drill are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing. Speech is handled in your browser by default; if premium voice is enabled, audio may be sent to a voice provider to transcribe or synthesize it.

To run the app, save your history, meter usage, process payments, and credit affiliates — nothing else. We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising.

Your data is stored with our service providers (Supabase, Stripe, Rewardful, and Anthropic), each under their own security practices. We keep your account and practice history until you ask us to delete it.
